All bookings, reservations, program enrollments, and merchandise purchases made through this Platform are commercial service transactions processed by and under the legal responsibility of Wildlife SOS India Foundation. These are not donations to Wildlife SOS or Wildlife SOS India Foundation.

5. Limitation of Liability

6. Visitor Safety & On-Site Liability Waiver

Visitors to Wildlife SOS conservation centers participate in programs and activities at their own risk. Wildlife SOS India Foundation and Wildlife SOS shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during visits, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Foundation staff.

All visitors are required to comply with the safety guidelines and instructions provided by center staff at all times.
